Talc was born in 2007 from the desire of the Parisian Thérèse Yang to create fashion for children which would be at the same time both elegant and affordable. Thérèse Yang is an artistic director and has been a Professor at the famous French fashion school, the Studio Berçot, for 10 years.
Each collection she creates is aimed to offer fashion-conscious parents clothes which are trendy and elegant, without forgetting that they will be worn by children. The shapes are comfortable, and the materials are soft and easily washable.
It is also very important for TALC that children's fashion should be affordable. Thérèse Yang has been very careful to ensure that the prices will remain reasonable whilst maintaining the high quality of the clothes, regardless of the brand's success.
