Toro y Moi or Chaz Bundick may have started out playing in punk and indie rock bands, but now his true sound has come through. While studying graphic design at the University of South Carolina, Chaz started focusing on his solo work, incorporating electronics. He has a wide range of influcences- French house, 80's R & B, and Brian Wilson's pop. Earlier this year, Sophomore album, Underneath the Pine graced us with lovely sampling and electronics and live instrumentation. Treat yourself and buy this album.
