I was introduced to Monikako when I Dream Elephants decided to take on a few of there shirts. I just love them! Each season their collection gets better and better! Monikako from Madrid is oriented towards current design, good quality and, most of all, the pleasure of well-made products.
Monikako is made up of two great designers Rebeca and Kaulip. Each are textile design and fine arts professionals who are passionate
about creativity.
Rebeca
is a professional in the textile sector and has worked for major
fashion firms. Kaulip has a degree in fine arts and has imprinted her
creative mark for a long time now through numerous exhibitions across
the world (Paris, Mexico, Madrid…).
Their project begun when their kids reminded them of the incredible world of
children and they felt the urge to embark on that journey with them.
Their goal is to create new designs with a different, fun and
original touch. They create hand-drawn and painted designs with a final
touch of graphic design.
